Avery Weigh-Tronix Pancake Cargo Scale

Avery Weigh-Tronix’s cargo scales were originally developed for the air freight industry, to weigh air cargo containers. Since then, due to their accuracy and durability, these freight scales have been used in many other industrial applications.

Suitable for weighing freight indoors or outdoors
The pancake scale is a 20,000 lb multi-purpose scale suitable for either indoor or outdoor use.

Portable scale with drive-on access
Gently sloping ramps on all sides allow easy access by lift truck or hand cart. This heavy duty scale is extremely portable and easily set up, so there’s no need for a custom pit to mount the scale in.

High accuracy and reliability
All of our cargo scales feature the Weigh Bar weight sensor, for outstanding accuracy and reliability.

The pancake scale is a 20,000 lb capacity multi-purpose low profile scale designed for indoor or outdoor use. It has dimensions of 120" x 120" x 4" and features wrap around ramps for easy access from all sides. Side ramps are 15" long with a 15 degree slope. End ramps are 36" long with a gentle 6 degree slope. It uses (4) 5000 lb weigh bars and features tread plate for extra traction in wet areas and comes with 30 feet of interface cable to the remote stainless steel junction box. Note: the scale can be ordered with or without the ramps.
