Sometimes it can make sense to take all the high quality components and build your own floor scale using a kit like this. This kit basically includes just about everything you need in order to build a platform scale. You could use this to build a livestock scale for example. The kit is available in two different maximum capacities. These kits also make great spare parts to have on the shelf just in case your current scale needs a quick fix.

FLOOR SCALE KIT INCLUDES: 

(4) Mounting Hardware set

(1) SBI-505 weight indicator with bright LED display with wall mounting stand and RS-232 serial port

(4) Leveling Feet - stainless steel construction with molded rubber insert, 2.375" diameter, 3" length, 1.625" long 1/2-20 threads

(4) Load Cells - nickel-plated alloy steel, 3.0mV/V rated output, NTEP certified at 5000 divisions, Class lll, 19' cable length

(1) Interface Cable - 18' long, four wire with braided shielding, stainless steel braided jacket

(1) Junction Box - Four channel signal trim, stainless steel enclosure with mounting tabs on base of enclosure and sealing tabs on cover

(1) Summing Board - Located inside junction box. Four channel signal trim, four corner balance pots
