receiving. The Warehouser’s crisscutt understructure design
provides excellent low profile weighbridge strength. This allows
maintaining the platform height to only 3 inches, which is the
optimal height for permitting low angle roll-on access ramps
as a realistic option. Safety side-rail guides on Warehouser
ramps are standard, of course!

Price
is no object when deciding between one ramp, or two. Your
model LP is the same price for either choice. The two-ramp
design slips right into your process flow runway, for maximized
"in-one-end, out-the-other" efficiency and convenience.
The
one-ramp design features less floor space for use. Better,
it is structured for installation backed against a wall or
into a corner. Even if pushed hard against the walls, the
one ramp design’s accuracy is not affected.
When
totes or bins are rolled onto the scale, they won’t accidentally
roll off of the scale causing a mess or safety problem. Your
model LP side rails and the one-ramp design’s backstop
hold everything in position within the confines of the platform.
Further, the model LP construction technique negates a undesirable
1-2 inch “arch” in the platform surface that is
commonly found in other products. Again, by maintaining a
flat platform surface throughout the platform dimension, casters
and wheels won’t be inclined to wander around on-their
own, when left unattended.
